Apparel, pillows, throws, bags may be sent back for exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase in its original condition with tags, and original packaging.
Furniture Returns: Furniture is carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Please be available when your furniture is delivered so that you can inspect your shipment immediately. If there is a damage you must inform the carrier at that time and create a claim. Please advise our office as soon as possible. If you discover any defect in manufacturing, please contact us within 7 days. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected. In some circumstances such as refusal of delivery/return, a usage or restocking fee of 15% -25% may apply. Shipping Charges are non-refundable. Custom orders may not be returned.
All bedding is a final sale.

Returns and Exchanges Procedures
If you do not have an account go to step #3.
1. Before sending out your return/exchange package, please click "Your Account" to log in and locate the appropriate order under "Order History". Scroll down to "Create Return Request", select the items and reasons for the return and click "Create". Click the assigned RMA# to print a return slip.
2. Please write very visibly your RMA # on the outside of the package.
3. Include a copy of the return slip with your package.
4. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible.
