You may not download (except where invited), reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, transmit, transfer, sell or modify any portion of this site without express written authorization from Dragon 88.


Customer Information

To place orders from our website and to receive Line Sheet PDFs and information from us, you must create an account on our website. During the ordering process, we obtain billing, mailing and other information to better serve you as a customer. This information is required in order to shop from our website.

At any time you may edit or update your online account information by logging in and modifying your account. You may also contact us by telephone at 310.474.8931 and ask for Customer Service.

During account set up, you are given the option to receive line sheets, mailings for special offers and/or email notices of special web offers often exclusive to those who join. You may request at any time to be taken off the email list by simply opting out through one of our emails. To be taken off our line sheet list, simply contact us via email or by regular mail. Please provide your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number when making this request.

Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us or our shipping provider with information regarding orders they have placed on-line.



This website takes every precaution to protect our customer and user information. We have appropriate security measures in place on the website and in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of any information that we have collected from you at our site.

We do not store credit card numbers from online transactions. Any access to our customer database, shipping, order transaction, customer service and billing is individually password protected and is limited to those employees who need to perform specific functions.

Your use of the dragon88.com website constitutes your agreement to follow these rules and to be bound by them. Your use of the dragon88.com website following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms and conditions as changed. For this reason, we encourage you to review these terms and conditions whenever you use this website.


Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password information, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password. Dragon 88 reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders.

By placing an order, you warrant that you are over 18 years of age, and that you are providing Dragon 88 with accurate, truthful information and that you have the authority to place the order.



Our goal is to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. All orders have a processing time of 2-3 days if the merchandise is in stock. In the case of backordered items your shipping invoice will reflect which items are pending and they will be shipped to you as soon as they become available, therefore items ordered together may not always be shipped together. The exact shipping cost for your order will be added and displayed at checkout.

All orders are subject to availability. If your order can not be filled because the item is out of stock, you will be notified via email or phone and the item will be taken off of your order.

* Please note that Two Day and Overnight Delivery refers only to delivery time and not to the time needed to prepare your order. While most orders are ready for shipping within one day of ordering, some orders take additional time. 

*All shipping prices apply only to the contiguous 48 states additional charges will apply on deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii.

Pillows, throws, bags may be sent back for exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase in its original condition with tags, and original packaging. 

Furniture Returns:  Furniture is carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Please be available when your furniture is delivered so that you can inspect your shipment immediately. If there is a damage you must inform the carrier at that time and create a claim. Please advise our office as soon as possible. If you discover any defect in manufacturing, please contact us within 7 days. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected. In some circumstances such as refusal of delivery/return, a usage or restocking fee of 15% -25% may apply. Shipping Charges are non-refundable. Custom orders may not be returned. 

All bedding is a final sale.

Please note: Custom orders may not be returned, special offers may not be returned or exchanged, and sale merchandise is final sale and not returnable.

Shipping charges apply for ALL returns and exchanges and are the clients responsibility. 


Returns and Exchanges Procedures

If you do not have an account go to step #3.

1. Before sending out your return/exchange package, please click "Your Account" to log in and locate the appropriate order under "Order History". Scroll down to "Create Return Request", select the items and reasons for the return and click "Create". Click the assigned RMA# to print a return slip.

2. Please write very visibly your RMA # on the outside of the package.

3. Include a copy of the return slip with your package.

4. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible.

International Checkout and Shipping

Please note the customer is responsible for import duties and taxes incurred on any order additional to shipping charges. Dragon 88 is not responsible or liable for shipping costs or damages during shipping. We recommend insuring your international orders. International orders are ALL FINAL SALE
